About Us

   Johnathan Russell is founder and President of Land Run Commercial. As President, Johnathan is personally involved in all aspects of the firm. This hands-on approach allows Johnathan to ensure top quality results for all clients. With over 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Russell has become regionally recognized for Land Run’s successful projects.  Mr. Russell is a former Mayor of Cromwell, OK and graduate of the University of Oklahoma with bachelor degrees in Business Real Estate and Marketing.  Mr. Russell, a native Oklahoman, is a survivor of childhood lymphoma and is involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He is also an active member of Leadership Oklahoma, Leadership Oklahoma City, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) accreditation. 

  Troy Humphrey joined Land Run Commercial in 2011. His responsibilities include brokerage, project/property management, consulting and feasibility analysis. Prior to joining Land Run, Mr. Humphrey was active in real estate development in the Seattle/Tacoma area. He entered the real estate industry as the Acquisition Manager for one of Washington’s largest residential home builders. Within 3 years, Troy acquired over 500 lots in western Washington. In 2008, Mr. Humphrey started his own firm, Humphrey Consulting. With a select group of clients, Mr. Humphrey provided advisory and project management services on large scale, mixed use projects ranging from $300 million to $1 billion.  A native Oklahoman, Troy was an honor graduate from Oklahoma City University.  He is married and a father of two.  He is a member of Leadership Oklahoma, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) credentials.
